The ADARA Networks Taurus Series Secure Communication Gateway (SCG) permits diverse systems to communicate seamlessly and securely, regardless of communication protocol. Network Protection Inside and Out
The ADARA Network Taurus Series Stateful Firewall (FW) provides packet-by-packet inspection for packet denial/permission to ensure the network is protected from both internal and external attacks as well as application vulnerabilities.
The Taurus Series Stateful FW:
- Supports issued TCP resets for denied packets
- Retains packet state information (TCP, UDP, and ICMP packet flows)
- Retains fragment state information for any IP packet
- Supports true Network Address Translation (NAT) transparent proxy connections
- Provides packet header details for authentication
- Supports temporary storage of pre-authenticated rules for passing packets
